What is the Privacy Pledge?

We promise that your personal details are safe with us. On the registration form, we ask for information that we need to identify you for safety and security purposes. We will never share any personal information with anyone else and we will only contact you if you give us consent to. That is, if you subscribe to get an email update from us for marketing or promotional reasons, to keep you updated on news and special events or if you contact us first through email or Pack Support.

We may initiate first contact with you for urgent safety reasons.

Rest assured that we will only use your information in direct connection with you and only if necessary. This is because we want you to relax and enjoy the den as much as possible.

You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about how we handle your information.

What information will be shared?

The only information we will share about you is if you hold an official position in the den such as if you have a premium Wolf Subscription, are an Alpha Wolf, or Community Leader, if you work for Luke Wolf® Staff, or if you have participated in any public activities which are considered ‘common knowledge’ of your involvement, and we will only publish information about you that is positive.

Moderation actions, data and documentations that concern you may carefully be shared with specific concerned parties at the discretion of Luke Wolf® Staff. Only authorised members, such as Luke Wolf® Staff and our moderators (A.K.A Alpha Wolves), may have access to this information for moderation purposes. We will never make this freely available to just anyone.

Can I find out more information about another wolf?

If you contact us requesting information of a private or personal nature about another wolf, we will not share it with you nor will we publish personal or private information anywhere on our website or in the den.

Can you stop other wolves from contacting me directly?

This depends on the preferences set on your account with the platform you are using. You should check your account settings and adjust them accordingly. Most platforms have preferences that can prevent this kind of contact. If your preferences are switched on, we cannot stop anyone from contacting you.

However, it is a matter for you whether you accept or decline a friend request or allow contact with anyone else. We cannot be held responsible for someone else’s actions and we have no physical way of stopping them from doing so, especially if the contact is happening outside of the den.

If they are contacting you and breaking any of our Den Rules, please contact us with some evidence so we can review the situation and take appropriate action where we can.

I am a parent / guardian, can I talk with you about my child?

Yes, you can but only if it’s clear to us that you are their real parent or a guardian. You can contact us with any questions or concerns and we will respond to you. However, please note that we will never release any private account details.
