Who are the Alphas and what can they do?
Alphas are recruited from wolves who have been hanging out in the den for a long time and who have impeccable records of behaviour. They are people who know the den inside out and who like to help other wolves, both when they are in trouble and when they need to find out something about the den.

Alphas are online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are supported by Luke Wolf® Staff who are professional studio staff that work in the game development studio. These members of staff are experienced in moderating online communities.

Alphas can issue warnings to misbehaving wolves, moderate their content, time them out for a while or even ban them from the den. Persistent or serious offenders risk being banned permanently.

How do I identify an Alpha?
Alphas can be recognised in multiple ways, depending on the platform they are using. On Twitch Alphas will have the green sword moderator badge next to their names. On Discord and on the den forum they will have a red name and carry a red “Alpha” badge.

How do I contact an Alpha?
To contact an Alpha at any time of the day or night, simply use the Alert an Alpha button, located in The Wolf Den Discord server in the top left hand corner. This will send an alert to all Alphas, one of them will come to help you.

Who are the Alphas?
Alpha Wolves are our volunteer Moderators. Everyone that is an Alpha Wolf is listed here. If someone says they are an Alpha and they are not on this list, they are not telling the truth.
